Dust Control

The system is completely sealed, but some form of dust control is recommended to collect, capture, and separate the nuisance dust that forms at the infeed and discharge areas of the system.

Scott Equipment offers a stand-alone, bag-house dust collector and rotary air locks that can be integrated into the control panel for the entire system.

Already have in-house air? That's fine too. We design special hoods for our discharge conveyors to hook up air lines. It doesn't take much to keep the nuisance dust under control. Roughly 500 - 1000 CFM is adequate.
